In Week One- We
work on basic skills and hand-fighting to open up the
offensive attacks.
This video is one
of many coming to World Class Wrestling Enterprises,
wcwusa.com. We will be featuring coach Mike DeRoehn's
college wresting techniques from the University of
Wisconsin at Oshkosh. Mike is originally from New
Hampshire. He wrestled at Plymouth Regional High
School, and competed in college at Plymouth State
University. Mike moved to Wisconsin on a full time
basis in the fall of 2002, after having spent some
time living in Hurley as well as coaching in
Pennsylvania. He is currently the Head Wrestling
Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and
also have a great deal of experience coaching youth
wrestling through my kids’ club, World Class
Wrestling.
