I received the training bag early this week and have been enjoying it. Yes these workouts really kick butt and I'm able to do alot of my conventional circuit training that I already do in the gym plus more wrestling specific exercises thanks to the DVD. My lungs, arms and hands are burning at the beginning of these workouts! This is the best investment yet. I may want to stop going to the gym all together but who knows.
